  • Time to Complete

    It should take you 8 hours to complete Level 1 and another 8 hours to complete Level 2.


    You have 90 days to complete both courses. After that they will no longer be available.

  • Education Credits

    You will receive 8 hours of CE Credits for completing Understanding Firefighter Culture & Trauma.


    You will also receive10 hours of CE Credits for completing Understanding Emergency Worker Trauma

  • Class Workbook

    Each course consists of 10 lessons, made up of a video and class workbook.


    We recommend downloading the workbooks for notes and future reference.
